Introducing Shinola of Detroit latest new release, The Detroit Arrow. This urban machine is a singlespeed crafted to take on the city streets. Daily commutes for those that are looking for simplicity and little worry of coming in contact with a 6,000' incline are the Detroit Arrow's forte.
Shinola's Detroit Arrow comes in models for men and women. Colors both black and white and a very limited Nickle-plated version (only 25 available). All are assembled by hand and the frames are TIG-welded in Wisconsin by Waterford Precision Cycles.
The price on The Detroit Arrow is $1,000. Not bad for a turn key American-made bicycle. Pick one up HERE.
Bikes are much more than hunks of steel and this film illustrates it perfectly.

Here is the official release information:
After the success of the 2013 Urban Tour, Horse Cycles is pleased to announce the launch of the 2014 Urban Tour Bicycle.
Horse Cycles is a Williamsburg, Brooklyn based custom bicycle manufacturer that produces bespoke,
handcrafted bicycles tailored to client’s precise specifications. It produces around 50 bicycles each
year for a passionate, bicycle loving clientele. All materials are sourced in the U.S.A.
The Urban Tour is a versatile and rugged do‐anything bicycle designed for mixed use. Ride it to your
local farmers market, load it up for a Cross Country tour, or Cyclocross the hell out of it.
Evolutionary upgrades for 2014
After a full year of testing and feedback, Horse has made some upgrades to the base model. An
upgraded oversized head tube makes the front end stiffer and more durable, additional mounting
options include an extra set of water bottle bosses, and a chain stay bridge has been added for
easier fender installation.
This year Horse is pleased to announce the addition of an optional ENVE Carbon Cyclocross fork. For
those who want a lighter more performance based ride, the additional Carbon fork tears it up on the
streets, or in the Mud. The ultra‐light carbon forks are color matched with Horse decals.
“As a custom bicycle manufacturer, we have significant experience in tailoring bicycles to our clients
needs.” Says Thomas Callahan, Horse Cycles owner and Master Builder.
“We aren’t expecting to compete with low cost foreign manufacturers.” Says Callahan “But we can
